💙 ROSCO NEEDS A HOME 💙

Rosco is a gorgeous 15 month old Weimaraner cross who is currently in foster with Lyn, and we are desperately hoping his forever home is out there somewhere. 💔
He is a young, fun, affectionate and lively boy who just needs the right people to help him flourish.
Rosco is very much what you’d expect from a young Weimaraner-type dog — bright, energetic, playful and full of life. He loves getting out and about, enjoys his walks and will need an active home that can give him lots of exercise and a routine. He is very strong on the lead and is currently practising walking on a double clip harness.
Roscoe loves playing with tennis balls and tug toys but he will then settle and curl up next to you on the settee. He also likes to sleep on the bed very close and doesn’t like being shut out.
Rosco is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out.
Because he is still young and can be a bit giddy and boisterous, Rosco is looking for a home with children aged 12+ only. He will also need a secure garden with good-sized fencing and no gaps, where he can safely enjoy some outside space.
Rosco has met dogs out on walks and has greeted them well, and with the right introductions he could also benefit from another dog to play with.
He has so much potential. He is still learning and will need a home committed to continuing his training and helping him become the very best version of himself.
Rosco came into our care through no fault of his own after his owner was no longer able to care for him and he was being left alone for long periods. Because of this, he’s insecure about being left behind again and now needs a home where someone is around most of the time and where he can have the security, consistency and companionship he deserves.
And honestly? Underneath the youthful energy and the need for a bit of guidance is a really special dog. The kind of dog who will make someone an incredibly loyal, loving and fun best friend. He just needs someone to give him that chance. 💙

We cannot place our dogs with resident children under 5 years old. We also do not rehome our dogs with dogs that have not been spayed/neutered.
